When God speaks a word in our heart and causes us to understand that He has washed us and cleansed us we can proclaim His goodness. There is a confident trust because we understand that we have been washed by the Blood of the Lamb because of the goodness of God. We are called to glorify God by entering into His presence and rejoice in Him. There is a wonderful manifestation of God's glory in our life when we lay hold of His goodness.

Today in the midst of the storms of life we are reminded there is hope in Christ alone! If God is going to be glorified in this generation there needs to be a breaking down before He begins to build again. We belong to God and no matter what happens to this society nothing can separate us from the love of God. There is nothing in the stock markets or gas pumps to change that. It is time to simply believe God to keep us in the midst of troubled waters. God says He will take care of His people we can Hope in His promises because our faith is in God!

We as humans can forget what Jesus did for us on the cross. But God is not like us and he will never forget what His Son did for us. He will cry out to us and remind us that His Son is all sufficient. God will come and preach to our heart when the preaching of the preacher can't do it for us. God will come and excalim that He is the Great I AM.

There are times in our life when the Cross of Christ seems to loom larger in our life and we recognize that we are in deep darkness passing through the valley of the shadow of death. It is in this valley we must determine above all to trust God as our shepherd and refuse to be utterly given over to fear. When we are certain that as our shepherd the Lord is with us we can replace this fear with the truth of that is promised us in Psalm 23, even though we walk through the valley of the shadow of death the Lord God Almighty is with us.

Jesus learned obedience by the things He suffered and when He completed His ministry he became the author of Salvation to all who obey Him. There is a deposit of authority that is given to us and that authority comes from Jesus Christ. Jesus is the author of all authority because of who He is and what He has done for us.

There is a life the devil can't touch and that is the life of Jesus Christ in us. The enemy will come to us and attack us in our confidence and communion with God. He will do whatever it takes to plant the lie in our mind that if God really loved us we wouldn’t be going through the trials and situations that we as Christians find ourselves in. But God will come into our situation when the devil has gone too far. God will stand between the devil and us and say this far and no farther. He will always raise up a standard for His People

When you get caught up chasing religion, philosophy, and relationships you will always end up empty, disappointed and angry. God hears the deepest cry of our heart and He desires to heal our past by offering us a future and a relationship with Him. When you come to the end of yourself , you will find the extended hands of Jesus offering you a new life.

Every now and then something rises in a Christian's heart when we begin to come close to Jesus and listen to His heart. We begin to see our own religious acts and rituals and it brings us to a place of humility and we begin to wash the feet of Jesus.
